Developer/Technical Consultant Azure Monitoring

Our customer, a German automotive supplier headquartered in Hannover is setting up an overall service monitoring for one of their affiliates. They are looking for an experienced technical consultant around Azure Monitoring, Azure Arc and Grafana for their pilot monitoring.

Kindly be informed that our customer is located in Germany. Therefore, only applications from candidates within the EU are required.

Start: Immediately

Contract: Freelance

Duration/Workload: Brief assignment (first contract 10 working days), isolated short assignments afterwards

Tasks

• Bring best practices for service monitoring
• Analysis of the already available monitoring approaches and check possibilities
• Preparation of a short proof of concept
• Implement the first (pilot) service monitoring with Azure Monitoring and Grafana for one of the services with already existing metrics

Requirements

Must-have

• 5+ years’ experience in service monitoring and technical consulting
• Know-how in different monitoring approaches, relevant processes and metrics
• Azure Monitoring implementing skills (ideally incl. Grafana)
• Working experience with Azure and Azure Arc
• Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)

Nice-to-have:

• German language skills
• Prometheus programming skills
• MS Dynamics certification
