What you will do:
- Collaborate as a Finance Business Partner with the leadership team, overseeing functions such as warehousing, Opex, and customer service
- Proactively offer insights to enhance efficiency and productivity within the business teams
- Ensure accurate and timely contributions to month-end close, monthly group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, with a primary focus on operational activities
- Monitor operational projects and deliver insightful, timely, and reliable reporting of operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Proactively identify operational risks and opportunities, providing timely signals to key stakeholders
- Actively contribute to the design and continuous improvement of controlling and operations processes, tools, and systems
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in finance business partnering or business control areas
- Academic Degree in Finance, Controlling - a focus on operations, logistics or supply chain being a strong advantage
- Proven experience in analyzing and reporting operational information (e.g. price-volume-mix, productivity, and efficiency)
- Comprehensive understanding of operational and finance processes, with a focus on their interdependence
- Experience in structuring processes and information flows, even when dealing with dispersed information sources (e.g. various ERPs, data warehouses, BI tools, etc.)
- Ideally experience with LucaNet or a similar tool
- Strong presentation skills, capable of effective communication with senior operations and finance management
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and agile company environment
- Ownership mentality with excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach, maintaining focus on achieving goals with attention to detail
- Fluent in both English and German, with business proficiency in both languages
