Workplace IT Manager/Lead (m/f/d)

Your role in our Team:

• Leading our workplace IT efforts incl. 1st and 2nd level support
• Automating and improving our workplace IT processes
• Incident and service management
• Creating educational material and training for our workforce
• Contribution to our IT Strategy with a focus on our workplace IT

What you need to be successful:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with prior leadership experience.
• Proficient in managing platforms such as Google Workspace, MS365, Slack, Okta, MDM solutions (Jamf, Kandji, Intune), and Endpoint protection tools (Defender, Sentinel One, Crowdstrike).
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Jira (Service Management), Confluence, and Opsgenie.
• Fluency in both German and English at a C1 level.
