Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in Green Tech Startup

Tasks

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to lead our young team of growth hackers, performance marketers, and digital marketers. The primary goal is to drive a high inflow of quality leads within the DACH region and pre-qualify them, ensuring our innovative battery storage systems reach the right audience and convert efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Pre-Qualification:

• Design and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads.
• Develop and refine lead pre-qualification processes to ensure sales-readiness.

2. Team Management:

• Oversee the performance of growth hackers, performance marketers, and digital marketers.
• Foster a collaborative environment and ensure that each team works synergistically towards the company's goals.
• Provide training and mentoring, ensuring skill development and knowledge sharing.

3. Experimentation:

• Employ growth hacking techniques to identify the most effective channels and strategies.
• Oversee A/B tests and other experiments to continually optimize campaigns and strategies.

4. Performance Marketing:

• Supervise performance marketing campaigns, ensuring they are ROI-positive.
• Allocate budgets efficiently across various channels, ensuring optimal returns.

5. Reporting and Analytics:

• Provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
• Use analytics to drive decision-making and continuously refine strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in growth hacking and performance marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM platforms, and email marketing solutions.
• Deep understanding of the sales funnel and lead qualification process.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
