As a Controlling and Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our Controlling and financial processes.
Your responsibilities will span various crucial areas, including:
- Department Controlling: Act as the primary point of contact for departmental inquiries regarding financial topics and facilitate smooth communication within the teams
- Setup Scalable Structures (Growth): Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable structures to support the growth of the finance department and dentolo
- Reportings: Generate and analyze regular financial reports closely to provide insights into financial performance and ensure accurate and timely reportings. The data team will be available as your sparring partner.
- Annual Closing & Audits: Support the preparation of annual closings and audit processes.
- Support Planning & Forecasts: Collaborate with the team to set up planning and forecasting activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. You document and standardize financial processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
Must-Have:
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Controlling
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Economics or in a related field.
- Analytical Mindset: Good analytical capabilities for insightful data interpretation and decision-making.
- Proactive Thinking and Acting: Proactively identify and address challenges with a forward-thinking approach.
- Independence: Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-Have:
- Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel for effective financial analysis and reporting.
- Department Controlling Experience: Previous experience in Department Controlling would be advantageous.
- BI Experience: Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
- Entrepreneurial Thinking: Ability to think and act with an entrepreneurial mindset, contributing to the continuous improvement and growth of the Controlling.
