WHAT YOU DO

  • As Director Strategy, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving strategic initiatives
  • You strive in a world between strategy, creative development and concept ideation
  • You are a strategic worker, able to shape brand perception into a distinct direction by applying and developing big-idea thinking
  • You will lead and inspire a dynamic strategy team to ensure the successful execution of campaigns that resonate globally
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with creativity, creating holistic and previously unseen brand communications and experiences
  • You seek opportunities to consult the client in terms of Design, Culture, Society, Future Trends and any kind of innovation to develop comprehensive and innovative strategic plans
  • You will make sure everyone stays on strategy, following the overarching mission and vision of the brand
  • You are in charge of strategic decision-making, based on extensive analysis of Markets, Trends, Design, Target Groups or Competitors
  • You play an essential role in continuously refining and evolving our strategic approach, as well as developing and expanding the Strategy and Planning team

WHO YOU ARE

  • You’re a strategic visionary with proven experience in developing and implementing successful strategic plans that drive business growth and elevate brand positioning
  • You have sufficient professional experience in strategic brand consulting, ideally in a similar position and agency environment
  • You have a depth-knowledge of the luxury brand and automotive landscape, ideally on the global market
  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
  • You are able to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation and collaboration
  • You understand complex topics, distill the relevant information, enhance them with relevant context and summarize them on point
  • You are curious and inspired by people, plus you are able to surface, crystallise, and communicate great insights
  • You not only have good presentation skills, but you are also a storyteller - able to delight with instinctive flair wrapping your work into a story that starts the conversation
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our daily business
