As a Junior Strategic Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, focusing on customer support efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration. You will be instrumental in analysing data trends, supporting new projects, and assisting team leads in operational tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
Adaptable Support: Provide flexible assistance across departments, adapting to various operational needs
Tool Proficiency: Efficiently manage a range of tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
Project Contribution: Support diverse projects, from research to cost analysis, aiding in their successful execution
Customer-Centric: Ensure high-quality customer support by resolving daily operational queries and analysing data trends
Collaboration and Improvement: Collaborate with other departments, offer innovative ideas, and document processes to drive continuous improvement aligned with our strategic goals
Growth & development: as you advance you will have the freedom to select topics that interest you and gain ownership of different tools and/or topics
