What we are looking for

This research project involved our collaboration partners at, for example, the Austrian Institute of Technology and Imperial College London. The objective of this research project was to develop and demonstrate an integrated wearable sensor system (the ‘ELSAH-patch’) for continuous monitoring of molecular biomarker concentrations.
During the course of the project, prototypes were manufactured and tested during a clinical evaluation.
Lykon is now looking for a candidate to take the next steps in exploiting and commercializing the IP and technological innovation that was developed during this project.

Tasks

• Collaborate with experienced colleagues and create the perfect pitch for the ELSAH Technology
• Understand and map the capital market options for further developing the ELSAH technology
• Represent the ELSAH consortium at trade shows and fairs
• Pitch to potential investors who may be interested in partnering with the ELSAH consortium to bring this technology to market
• Foster your personal and professional growth to sharpen your skills and boost your career.

Requirements

• You have completed a bachelor's degree or are in your master's program in a science-, engineering-, or business management-related field.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong affinity for business development and venture exploitation.
• You work analytically, precisely, and responsibly, and don’t shy away from taking ownership of your projects.
• You know how to prioritize and structure your tasks and have a talent to not let anything slip your attention.
• You know how to prepare state-of-the-art presentations.
• Your strong communication skills and empathy make it easy for you to inspire, convince, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on mentality and flexibility: You provide help where it's needed and always have an eye for upcoming tasks.
