SENIOR PROJECT CONTROLLER (ALL GENDERS)

WHAT YOU DO

• As our new Project Controller, you will be an active member of our finance team at both individual company and group level
• You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and cash planning
• You will prepare and monitor short and medium-term liquidity planning continuously improving and optimizing liquidity management
• You take a holistic view that includes ensuring stable payroll processes, managing company administrations and leading financial projects
• You will ensure that the monthly and annual reportings are prepared on time and at the best quality delivered to the group FP&A team
• You drive business performance with a focus on cost efficiency
• You will drive the continuous improvement of our system project landscape
• You oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance
• You will prepare project reports with realistic/best/worst case forecasts and promote the continuous improvement process of the quality of our project metrics and project controlling processes
• You will extend the reporting of our project KPIs with forecasts, scenario analyses and alerts

WHO YOU ARE

• You completed a degree in economics, business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on project controlling
• You have at least about 3 years of work experience in a similar controlling position
• You are an integrated finance expert with a deep knowledge in controlling, value flows, and supply chain management
• You have strong analytical and forecasting skills, as well as the ability to identify, clearly communicate and present financial implications
• You have a growth mindset with experience in working with cross-functional teams
• You work independently and structured, combined with a proactive working style and holistic thinking
• You have very good MS Excel skills, good SAP and Microsoft Power BI skills required
• Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our daily business
