Your Role:
- Drive the transformation of the company's vision into practical solutions on the Software-as-a-Service platform.
- Advocate for users and embrace the company vision.
- Provide clear direction to the agile development team and stakeholders.
- Break down the product strategy into doable epics and user stories.
- Lead the planning cycle and clearly communicate product release plans.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to achieve sprint objectives.
- Actively collect valuable feedback from users, stakeholders, and customers.
- Keep a vigilant eye on identifying growth opportunities and ensuring business value.
Upcoming projects
- Expand product range to new channels such as chat.
- Enhance Callcenter Software with AI functionality for improved agent efficiency.
- Harness AI Technology to benefit our customers.
- Extend Self-Service Functionality in Customer Interfaces (App & Web).
What you bring to the table
- Minimum 1-year prior experience as a Product Owner.
- Creative thinker with a visionary mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to captivate and persuade others through exceptional communication skills.
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
- Development experience is considered an asset.
