Supervisor of Finance (m/w/d)

Currently our German Branch is looking for a Finance Coordinator

Tasks

• Managing the Datev system and close cooperation with CPA regarding external accounting tasks, providing all documents to CPA, State Tax Inspectorate.
• Budget (monthly, quarterly and annual) planning, implementation and expenses monitoring.
• Distributor Bonus calculation and bank management for Germany Branch and Region.
• Close cooperation with CPA regarding external accounting tasks and support the state Tax Inspectorate
• Responsible for sorting out VAT issues and communicating with tax accountants on financial issues.
• All received invoices verification and registration.
• Support the customer service team and carry out other tasks of the CM or the region.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in the field of financial accounting
• Strong analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented and independent approach；strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
