Aufgaben

• Team leadership – lead, mentor and motivate a team of software testers
• Define the test strategy and their implementation for the development of software in the aviation industry, i. e. planning, coordination, and monitoring of the test activities
• Work on the continuous improvement of the testing process
• Have an overview of the current testing status and provide regular updates to the management
• Ensure that the product can be delivered on time in a high quality
• Act as an interface between test engineers, scrum masters and management

Qualifikation

• Completed studies or apprenticeship in a technical field
• Several years of knowledge and experience in test management, especially in test processes and the implementation of test strategies for web-based applications using up-to-date test tools
• Experience in leading a team and working in international software development teams
• Abilities in setting up and configuring automated test tools
• Structured, analytical and goal-oriented way of thinking
• Very good communication skills in English
• German language skills are desirable
