dentolo Deutschland GmbH is currently seeking a Working Student Community Management (m/f/d) to join our team in the insurance industry. As a leading Insurtech company, we specialize in developing and operating holistic insurance solutions that are affordable, understandable, and accessible to everyone. Our dentolo and petolo solutions offer comprehensive protection for dental and pet health, providing our customers with peace of mind and a more carefree life.

As a Working Student Community Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our online community. You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content, managing social media accounts, and fostering positive interactions among community members. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve the customer experience. We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual who has a passion for building and nurturing online communities.

Responsibilities

• Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, website, and blog
• Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries on social media accounts
• Engage with community members to foster positive relationships and encourage discussions
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and insights from the community
• Analyze community metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Communications, Marketing, or related field)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
• Experience in managing social media accounts and engaging with online communities
• Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to analyze data to drive decision-making
• Passion for building and fostering online communities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
