Creative Designer (w/m/d)

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting, compelling and innovating digital experiences. You will work closely with various departments, fostering collaboration to drive the success of our projects.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensure that our brands are perceived as lovable and great, paying close attention to detail and overall brand appeal
• Collaborate with the growth marketing team to create high-performing ads
• Maintain and update our Figma library to ensure consistent and efficient design processes and apply best practices
• Working on new ideas to improve customer journey and drive A/B-Testing in collaboration with the team
• Designing new features to enhance our digital products and services
• Contributing to the growth of our product portfolio through creative and user-centric and mobile-first designs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate marketing requirements into compelling, user-friendly creatives

We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:

• Pet lover and team player with a positive attitude and the drive to get things done
• 2–3 years of experience in a start-up or agency with a portfolio showcasing your designs
• Understanding of performance-oriented ad designs and good knowledge of user-centric experiences
• Proficiency in Figma and comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Demonstrated experience in working with multi-product asset libraries, including maintenance and optimization
• Strong attention to detail and the belief that the little things make a brand great
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting project deadlines
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Located in Berlin
