Tasks

As a Sales and Innovation Associate, you'll play a vital role in bringing our revolutionary Xolography technology to diverse markets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and connecting with potential clients, especially within the scientific community, to introduce and explain the benefits of Xolography.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with a variety of clients, understanding their unique needs and how our technology can meet them.
• Working closely with our leadership team to seek out and establish Joint Development Agreements, pushing the boundaries of our technology.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, directly contributing to the company's growth.
• Streamlining sales processes using advanced digital tools and strategies.
• Playing a key role in market analysis and development of new product offerings.

Requirements

You are a bright, inquisitive individual, eager to dive into the tech industry and make a significant impact. We are looking for:

• A background in science or technology is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• A passion for sales and a desire to thrive in a startup environment.
• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts.
• A enthusiastic approach, ready to embrace new challenges.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
