Would you like to support us in our Orientation course?

Ideally you have:

• Experience in project management
• Training experience

Target group orientation course:

• People who want to find out whether a career in the digital industry is right for them.
• Sometimes no fluent language skills and only basic computer skills

At the end of the day, participants should have gained knowledge of the following facts:

• Importance of Project Management
• Key concepts of project management
• The agile methodology (key roles, agile framework, best practices for agile project management)
• Collaboration in technology teams

Your Skills

• Definition of Project
• Understanding the Project Life Cycle
• Identifying Project Stakeholders
• Developing a Project Plan
• Definition of Agile Methodology
• The Agile Manifesto
• Agile practices and methodologies
• Agile vs Waterfall Project Management

Let us know when you are available. We need your support on 3 to 8 days per month from 9:00am till 4:30pm.
