Data Visualization Engineer & Analyst (m/f/x)

Einleitung

To strengthen our Business Intelligence & Analytics team, we are looking for a Data Visualization Engineer & Analyst (m/f/x) at the earliest possible date who not only wants to work with us, but also actively shape the area.

Your mission

You will actively shape the area of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Nitrado, contribute your ideas and work on a future-proof data intelligence infrastructure with a high degree of personal responsibility.
You will develop clear and appealing dashboards with Tableau, analyze trends and communicate information through data storytelling. The insights generated in this way form an important basis for decision-making in all areas of the company.
You will work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and stakeholders to improve the data structure, gain a better understanding of our customers and business processes and gather requirements for new analysis projects and dashboards, which you will proactively propose and drive forward.
In addition, you will work with the team to ensure an open, responsible and sustainable approach to data and drive a data-driven approach to decision-making processes within the company.

Your profile

You have a very good understanding of statistics and comprehensive methodological knowledge in the preparation and analysis of data.
You have the ability to translate complex data, analysis results and insights into easy understandable formats and to present and distribute them effectively and in a way that is appropriate for the target group.
You have good communication skills in German and English, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
You have a data-driven mindset and the ability to recognize and solve problems independently and on your own responsibility.
Your experience from different areas helps you to understand what finance, marketing, tech and other teams need from data, dashboards and reporting.
You have a very good analytical understanding, a strong customer focus and service mentality.
You have several years of experience in data visualization and analysis in Tableau.
You have solid knowledge of Python and SQL.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and Databricks is a great advantage.
