Clariness is looking for a Teamlead Project Management for our Creative team based in either Berlin, Hamburg or remote within Germany.

Tasks
- Lead a team of project managers within our Creative department and provide guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for clinical studies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Effectively allocate resources, manage budgets, and optimize timelines to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues to ensure project success.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating lessons learned and best practices into future projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in (clinical) project management, with a focus on leading teams in the successful execution of clinical studies.
- Experience within the healthcare industry or with an agency background.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the clinical research field.
- Very good understanding of Project Management tools - ideally MS Project or Jira.
- Excellent communication - fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
