Who we are looking for:

When speaking to managers of smaller or bigger enterprises you rely on your people skills. Your knack for taking the client’s perspective enables you to evaluate how our client’s tool can simplify their daily business. Your mission:

  • You'll bolster our market dominance in modern office management software
  • You'll collaborate with leads generated by our marketing team, taking charge of enriching these prospects through your own research
  • You'll forge enduring relationships with potential B2B clients
  • Whether it's charm or confidence (or both), you'll seamlessly convert your leads and play a pivotal role in implementing these cutting-edge tools
  • Leveraging your expertise, you'll craft tailored offerings that cater to your clients' unique needs
  • In close coordination with the team, you'll spearhead successful retention and reacquisition campaigns

Your profile:

  • You bring a minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience to the table, ideally with a strong background in telephone-based sales
  • Your voice is your superpower; you're a gifted communicator
  • Your mantra is 'quality over quantity' in every interaction
  • You exude confidence when negotiating with SME managers
  • Your ambition is matched only by your organizational skills.
  • Native-level proficiency in Italian and fluency in English are essential qualifications.
