Working Student Customer Support Netherlands (m/f/d)

Your tasks

You speak excellent Dutch and would love to represent KoRo on the Dutch market with a smile on your face? Then we have the perfect working student position (ca.15 h/week) for you! As a customer care representative, you will make sure that our customers are always helped as best as possible and treated in the nicest way. If solving problems and interacting with people are among your strongest skills, you might have stumbled upon the perfect job for you! Your responsibilities will also include:

• Taking care of our customers' requests via our ticket system
• Processing returns, refunds, and complaints
• Being responsible for the maintenance of customer master data
• Taking care of customer reviews and Marketplace requests
• Being able to identify problems and implement the best solutions

Your profile

• Ongoing studies with an economic, communication, or linguistic background or something similar (as a working student you must be enrolled)
• You have excellent Dutch as well as excellent English skills
• We are happy if you live in Berlin or the surrounding area – but this is not a must! 100% remote work is also possible!
• Communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations are the foundations of your professional personality
• You have a reliable and careful working style
• Friendliness and politeness are non-negotiable for you!
