At the corporate, data protection legal team we are responsible a variety of legal topics. We draft and negotiate contracts, communicate with and advise internal and external stakeholders, document internal processes and adapt to the ever changing financial regulatory environment that is the basis for Raisin’s transformative business model. We take pride in an open and discursive style and strive to take a pro-active, business-oriented and solution-focused approach in our advice.

Your Responsibilities

• Corporate Housekeeping Excellence:
  • Drafting resolutions and effectively corresponding with shareholders to ensure seamless corporate housekeeping.
  • Playing a crucial role in maintaining organized and compliant corporate records.
• Advisory on Corporate Finance:
  • Advising stakeholders on intricate corporate finance matters, providing valuable insights and solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial strategies.
• GDPR Compliance Champion:
  • Supporting the company in achieving and maintaining GDPR compliance.
  • Implementing best practices to safeguard data privacy and security.
• Process Optimization and Innovation:
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to create and improve internal processes.
  • Implementing innovative solutions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Profile

• A Masters degree in law or equivalent qualifications, such as first and/or second state examination (Staatsexamen) or international equivalents.
• Proficiency in both English and German languages to effectively navigate diverse stakeholder interactions.
• Proven capability to work independently with a keen eye for detail, while maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• First experiences in a corporate setting or law firm, bringing valuable insights and expertise to the table.
