As the Head of Supply Chain (all genders), you're instrumental in driving our company's growth trajectory and operational success. At the forefront of our expansion goals, this position concentrates on optimizing and streamlining our supply chain processes for maximum efficiency, enabling seamless growth and scalability. In this role, your mission is clear: build a high-performing team, shape a strategic vision, and revolutionize our operational efficiency to attain market leadership.
What to expect
- Leadership: Develop, manage, and coach our growing Supply Chain team, consisting of Procurement and Warehouse. Ensure your teams are motivated by our mission, drive impactful initiatives, and consistently achieve their goals.
- Strategy & Vision: Define a long-term strategy and OKRs that seamlessly align with the overall company strategy and expansion goals. Develop KPIs further to measure and monitor success, and take proactive steps to achieve them consistently.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations in compliance with safety regulations and customs requirements. Continuously improve and optimize efficiency across the entire supply chain, identifying risks and rectifying inefficiencies to enhance resilience and scalability.
- Supplier Relations: Negotiate contracts with our suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, reliability, and cost efficiency. Cultivate enduring and collaborative relationships essential for the success of our supply chain.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various business units, including Operations, Finance, and Product teams to synchronize supply chain efforts with business goals and expansion plans.
- Reporting Lines: You will report directly to the Director Operations and collaborate effectively with other department teams on multiple projects.
