Currently our German Branch is looking for a Finance Controller
Tasks
- according to rules and deadlines (for Germany Branch and Region).
- Work with FSSC system: fill information in FSSC, scan and control.
- Budget (monthly, quarterly and annual) planning, implementation and expenses monitoring.
- Distributor Bonus calculation and banking transfer as well as the payment for Germany Branch and Region.
- Close cooperation with CPA regarding external accounting tasks, providing all documents to CPA, State Tax Inspectorate
- All payments preparation in the bank and management all accounts of the company.
- All received invoices verification and registration.
- Periodical inventory of fixed assets and warehouse.
- Control of local office orders concerning personnel
business trips, vacations, and preparation of commandments concerning
Entity's activities.
- Support the customer service team and carry out other tasks of the CM or the region.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in the field of financial accounting
- Strong analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented and independent approach；strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written, with an additional proficiency in Chinese as a plus.
