Aufgaben

For our production facility in Berlin-Tempelhof, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Production Manager with immediate effect.

As Deputy Production Manager, you will monitor and support all processes in our production kitchen. You will be the right hand of our Production Manager, take over the creation of shift and production schedules and ensure that sufficient goods are available for processing.

You act as a point of contact for your team in case of concerns and needs and are responsible, among other things, for ensuring that Burgermeister standards and hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times and by all employees.

Qualifikation

What you bring with you

• You have completed vocational training, preferably in the gastronomy sector
• You already have several years of professional experience in a similar position
• You have a hygienic and clean way of working
• You have a positive charisma and team spirit
• With your knowledge of English and German (spoken and written) you communicate with your colleagues without any problems
• You have a sense of responsibility and reliability
• Flexibility and commitment round off your profile
