Production Director - Italian speaking (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Take full ownership of Aeyde procurement
• Plan the overall critical timeline for the production of each season, so that product, merchandising, sales and operations can plan accordingly
• Plan the order capacities and priorities for each factory whilst controlling their margins
• Plan factory orders as per priority (D2C vs B2C) upon receiving all details from merchandising
• Manage all product data needed for production as product data checks, coordination of EAN’s to factories, coordination of barcode labels as well as coordination of packaging and labeling
• Calculate taxes and shipping costs in collaboration with factories
• Monitor delivery planning for orders to be shipped correctly, dissecting orders by product vs sales to allow for more flexibility in allocating priorities
• Update NetSuite SO's with all inbound orders, scheduled inbounds as well as arrival dates
• Liaise with logistic partner for collection at the factories and planned inbound at warehouse, checking shipping docs, pallet info as well as packing lists to verify against sales orders
• Track discrepancies on stock level (ordered V received at warehouse) and solve issues where needed and share monthly overviews of all D2C order book-ins with relevant teams

Your profile

• Extensive experience in procurement, production, sourcing, material planning, commodity planning, purchasing , factory management, supplier management for a luxury fashion brand or third party supplier
• Deep understanding of all technical aspects of footwear and accessories production and able to drive process improvements to maximise productivity and costs
• Highly organised and methodical
• Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
