Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Initiation:
- – Define project goals, deliverables, and scope in collaboration with stakeholders
- – Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Project Execution and Monitoring:
- – Lead and motivate the project team to achieve objectives
- – Monitor progress, track milestones, and adapt plans as needed
- – Conduct regular project meetings and address any issues or obstacles
- Resource Management:
- – Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently
- – Collaborate with department heads and optimize resource utilization
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- – Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders
- – Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and manage expectations
- Quality Assurance:
- – Implement quality control processes to meet project standards
- – Evaluate projects and identify areas for improvement
- – Foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement corrective actions
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to focus on a single project and manage it from initiation to completion
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools
- Full proficiency in Dutch and English, German is a plus
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
