We are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Specialist to help us build our brand and raise awareness of Royal Match. You will have experience utilising consumer insights to create impactful and innovative ATL campaigns, whilst working alongside channels spanning Media, UA, Partnerships, PR, Social, Insights, and Product.At Dream Games, all team members have a genuine chance to contribute and have an impact on the company. If you want to be a team member of a fast-growing company, you might be the person we are looking for!ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Execution: Working with the Brand Marketing Lead to brief, define & deliver high-impact, innovative ATL campaignsAgency Management: Managing the day-to-day relationships of multiple agencies spanning creative, media & talentTV Production: Working with leading ad agencies, supporting the entire production processStrategic Rigour: Applying strategic thinking to key projects, ensuring creative work always delivers on the marketing strategyBrand Tools: Owning the development of brand books & brand positioning tools ensuring brand guidelines are met across all touchpointsInsights: Utilising audience segmentation, marketing hypotheses, and testing roadmaps to shape our strategyProduct: Liaising with product teams to maximise the visibility and impact of key campaignsAnalysis & Measurement: Developing post-campaign retrospectives alongside the marketing analytics teamMonitoring: Keeping a pulse on competitor and cultural trends & sharing with the teamRequirements Solid experience in brand marketing with a proven track record in delivering outstanding campaigns with commercial resultsAbility to use strategy and insights to push creative development forwardExperience leading large-scale 360 global campaigns that include a mix of ATL channels and TV productions, whilst handling a high volume of requestsIn-depth understanding of digital channels, with experience in planning & delivering effective digital campaignsFantastic organisational and project planning skills, with an impeccable eye for detailHands-on and able to demonstrate a willingness to get stuck wherever neededExperience working closely with media & performance teamsExcellent brief building abilities, a great communicator & comfortable with presenting their work
