Their portfolio has reached to an impressive size of just under £3 billion over the last 30 years. The company are going from strength to strength with an eye watering budget allocated towards investing heavily this financial year.They predominantly focus on investing in secondary Retail assets all over the UK which they identify value in redeveloping. Creating a dynamic environment with loads of value-add opportunities.The entirety of the portfolio consist of Shopping Centres scaling to £1million sq ft, Retail Parades, Retail Parks, Business Parks alongside some office buildings and large industrial units.Naturally with companies of this nature progression can be somewhat of a challenge. The thing that makes this opportunity truly stand out from the crowd is this role being quite the opposite.This role is a Senior Level Property Manager role, working directly under the Head of Property Management.
