We are a well-established, award-winning, global Pension and Employee Benefit consulting, management and administration firm. Within the work that we do, we draft and distribution accurate communications to a whole variety of people relating to the Pension and Employee Benefits that their employer offers. This role supports that! Working as part of our established team within Concert; a subsidiary of Buck, you will be responsible for the accurate design and distribution of these communications initiatives; either prompted by market changes or legislative changes, or to increase engagement and understanding of what is available. These should also be easy to understand as the understanding of the audience will differ greatly. This is a creativity-focussed role, whereby you will take a key position insofar as:· working with our clients, Client Managers, Designers and Web Developers to create truly engaging communications· mentoring two Communication Consultants in the art of creative writing and how to marry this with impactful imagery · proofreading copy provided by other members of the team, or direct from clients, to ensure consistency in tone of voice and terminology· maintaining a bank of high-quality articles which can be used across our client base, as required, as the templates to create high quality, commercially viable communications; whether it is for an audience of 100 or 100,000 scheme members This role can be based in the Bristol or London area. What are we looking for?We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate similar experience to what has been mentioned here. Someone with first-class copywriting skills, an eye for detail and an understanding of the psychology behind why certain communications are more effective than others is crucial, as is an understanding of the UK Pensions and/or Employee Benefits market. Applications from individuals with the required industry experience that want to shift into a communications-focussed role - but who don't necessarily already have this communications - would also be encouraged and given serious consideration.
