Strata are looking for someone to run the creative resource and traffic management within the agency. This will be a fundamental role within Strata and will be part of the building of our creative function. You will be the person driving Strata’s creative growth and helping to build the function and promote it throughout the business.You will be the go-to person and play a key role in facilitating smooth workflows and efficient use of resources within the creative department.You'll be involved in and plan resources from the point of briefing through to production to ensure projects are delivered on time to the highest standards.The ideal candidate will be familiar with resourcing software and responsible for developing systems and processes that improve the delivery of projects.The role will support team leaders in managing creative resources and budgets and be responsible for regular financial status reporting.• Day-to-day as the Creative Services Manager you'll have the opportunity to:• Manage, plan and control creative resource allocation across all studio projects.• Manage daily production schedules and work closely with project leads throughout production.• Source and engage with external partners, contractors, and freelancers where necessary.• Develop and elevate existing workflow processes and traffic management process.• Build strong relationships across the agency.• Regularly meet with teams to ensure projects are running to scheduled timelines.• Take the lead in championing best practices with project filing and resource allocation procedures.• Actively seek updates from across the studio on project status.• Assist with identifying skills gaps and allocate the relevant resources on projects.• Maintain and develop freelance database.
