About the roleAt Akkodis, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who can take ownership for driving profitable and sustainable growth for our consulting and talent services.You'll be responsible for the development of the marketing strategy and ensure campaigns are mapped to persona's with a clear view of the candidate and customer's journey from start to finish, reporting on ROI and spend.What you’ll be doingReporting to the regional VP of Marketing and in alignment with the Global MarComms Strategy, you’ll be responsible for:Strategy; understand the overall businessand marketing strategy, adapt to the Global guidelines and execute a marketing and communications plan for our consulting and talent services in the UK, Middle East and Switzerland cluster.Stakeholder Management; work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across business, HR and the regional + Global marketing team to ensure there is buy in to future marketing campaigns and resources are maximized.Client and Candidate Marketing; create collateral assets and content to open conversations so our sales teams can convert more prospects and the Talent Acquisition team attract better talent. Content includes thought leadership, blogs, whitepapers, webinars and video.Campaign Management; target market segments with integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and convert into leads. Campaigns can include ABM, paid social, webinars, email marketingand direct mail.Digital; be responsible, through the central marketing team, for the optimization of the local website. Ensuring content is optimisedfor SEO, and our presence is expanded across our social channels.Marketing Analysis; analyse and report on social media performance, engagement, traffic, MQLs, conversions, attribution and pipeline growth.Internal commsfor employee engagement.About youYou are a Marketing Manager from a B2B Tech business or consulting firm with +4 years' experienceExperience of creating marketing and comms plans that build awareness and drives leads.Excellent written and presentation skills.Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.Good experience of working with sales and Talent Acquisition teams.Budget management experience.Why choose us?It’s an exciting time to be part of our team.
