We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join our young team of 4 based near Harbourside in Bristol. Your role will be to generate leads for your clients using cutting-edge lead generation strategies and manage client relationships. We offer a hybrid working model where you work 4 and a bit days a week and receive full pay for 5 days (full details below).Our company's aim is to create a supportive environment that equips its team members with the necessary skills to deliver outstanding campaigns to their clients, whilst learning the skills necessary to become competent business people. In order to succeed in the role, you will need to be business-minded with a desire to help your clients grow their businesses.What your role will look like:Create, optimise and report on B2B lead generation campaigns on behalf of your clients.Manage 8 client accounts towards the end of your first 6 months at the company.Maintain excellent client relationships.Occasionally pitch to prospective clients and build client relationshipsSalary and benefits of working with us:In addition to to a basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 (salary offered will be based on past experience), you will be eligible for bonuses based on performance.After 6 months at the company, you will be entitled to work remotely for two months per year. This can be done from any static location with a reasonable time zone difference. Minimum of 5 working days at a time. 2 weeks' notice must be given.Flexible start and finish times (9 am-5 pm or 10 am-6 pm). We all come into the office 2 days per week (usually Wed and Thu) and then work from home the rest of the week.We offer a 4-day week hybrid model where we all work for 65 minutes on a Friday (1 hour between 10 AM - 11 AM and then 5 minutes at 4 PM to respond to important client correspondence). You will be contracted to officially work a full day on Friday and will be expected to work the full day should you be behind on tasks. To set expectations realistically, for your first few months in the role it is likely you will be required to work for half or full days on Fridays as you get used to the role. Once you become more familiar with our systems and are working efficiently you'll be able to take greater advantage of the 4-day week hybrid.Who we are looking for to join our team. You should have:At least 6 months lead generation, digital marketing or sales experienceBachelor's degree, subject does not matter although business or marketing related would be beneficial - alternatively instead of a degree you may have previously started your own business.Excellent written English language and verbal communication skills.A dedicated work ethic and desire to work in a fast changing start-up environment. The nature of the role and our business is in constant development so being adaptive and having a can do attitude are important attributes.
