Join us as a Portfolio AnalystWe\'re looking for a driven Portfolio Analyst to join our diverse team and take on a new challengeIn your new role, you\'ll be working in a portfolio team based on and offshore to make sure requirements in the portfolio are metIt\'s a great chance to develop your existing portfolio skills and advance your careerWhat you\'ll doDay-to-day, you\'ll be using your experience of a programme/project office environment to govern plans to make sure that milestones and outcomes are accurate and can be tracked against baseline dates and RAG status.You\'ll track the performance of our portfolio, including financial controls, financial reporting and forecasting, delivering governance forum papers and central group reporting. You\'ll also be liaising with key stakeholders.You\'ll also:Provide appropriate governance, control and management of programmes and interdependencies and change standardsConduct regular reviews of the investment portfolio and drive informed decision-making about portfolio prioritiesDefine accurate MI reporting, provide secretariat activities and communicate with senior stakeholders and project leadersEstablish quality assurance activities for knowledge management activities and control reporting costs, benefits and opportunitiesBuild baseline reporting information for programmes, including RAID, progress and milestones of programme and change controlThe skills you\'ll needWe\'re looking for someone with excellent communication, collaboration and team working skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships across our franchise and functions.Experience of working internal or external programme support roles, and stakeholder management skills, would be advantageous. You should also have outstanding organisational skills and know how to meet deadlines.You\'ll also need:An understanding of I2V frameworksKnowledge of programme types, approaches and programme risk managementExpertise in tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, MSP, Planview and SharePointExperience of change frameworks, policies and procedures
