Host: Job Description:Is responsible for receiving and welcoming of all store clients and the subsequent delegation of the most suitable resource. Manages the flow of customers through the store and theavailability of sales staff.Utilizing earphone/head set and I-pad.WelcomeWelcomes clients according to Company standards, creates empathy with the client and understands their stylistic and any linguistic needs. Asking appropriate questions regarding requests and desires.Acknowledges, thanks and salutes clients as they leave the store.Allocates customers to the correct sales staff.Once the clients’ request is understood, the Host maximizes its potential by entrusting the client to the most appropriate staff in terms of competence language, style and capacity.Ensures VIP clients are referred to particular sales staff or Department Head.Identifies any problems with the clients experience and quickly seeks a solution with Department head.Seeks to reconnect with clients as they leave without a purchase: offer mailing list, B2E, waiting list.KPI: Store Conversion rate, number of receipts, customer satisfaction.‘Concierge’ style assistance: Manages various requests from clients: touristic, restaurants, events etc.Manages Staff BreaksPlans/rearranges lunch breaks for personnel to ensure appropriate cover on the basis of customer flow.Is the core of the store daily Communication.Communicates constantly between till, store and Department Heads’.Sends updates and information to the store personnel during trading hours.Is able to move personnel to meet the stores logistical requirements.Daily assignment of earphones/headsets.The Host checks each morning that all sales staff and Department Heads are assigned headphones.Ensures they are returned to the Host for charging.
