The Opportunity Atos is looking to hire a Digital Transformation Manager reporting to the BTS Head of Digital and Innovation, to support the transformation of BTS clients into a digital first model in line with the business objectives of improving CSAT/NPS and driving customer channel shift to truly digital channels, as well as leveraging digital technologies to reduce the costs of operations. This is a permanent, full time and remote role. Occasional travel is expected to Edinburgh, Glasgow and London HQ. BPSS Security Clearance will also be required to undertake this role. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Work with all aspects of business to identify opportunities to digitise existing / new channels and leverage digital technologies across BTS client base. Drive delivery of roadmap for digital workstreams. Tie successful digital PoC / pilot opportunities into business objectives and anticipates future business requirements. Own outcome of digital transformation changes and agreed benefits. Proxy to business sponsor on digital transformation changes, trusted and empowered to make decisions on their behalf. Ensure business and customer impact is fully considered. Interpret the business needs, defines the business vision and provides context for digital transformation changes. Create and obtainsapproval for digital transformation business cases. Engage with 3rd party digital providers and works with technical & risk/security leads to align business & technology towards optimum solution. Work with the project & change teams to define the best approach to deliver digital transformation changes. Ensure the right stakeholders are involved and engaged. Manage stakeholder conflict and helping to remove blockers. Maintain active interest in latest market trends in digital capability and Financial Services. Support sales and marketing to strengthen BTS digital market position with digital transformation proven capability. Work with BTS People Transformation team to inform cultural adoption of digital transformation. Signs of success! Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams. Deep understanding and experience of agile delivery. Confident in challenging constructively and negotiating successful outcomes. Experienced in creating business cases and managing / presenting commercial proposals. A strategic thinker, who can connect business challenges with digital capabilities. Strong communication skills, able to articulate ideas in compelling ways to gain buy-in. Skills wed like: Experience in running PoCs, pilots, design sprints. Experience in customer journey design or business process re-engineering. Experience of working collaboratively with development & technical teams. Solid understanding of DevOps. Experience in financial services or a similar regulated industry.
