The Marketing team drive the brand image, working collaboratively and independently to enhance visibility across every platform.The Role:As Marketing Events Executive, you will drive a calendar of exhibitions and events, from inception through to delivery.Working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, you will inspire, create, coordinate and host a schedule of events, taking ownership of every aspect of planning and implementation.Responsibilities:Proactively manage a full schedule of exhibitions and events on behalf of the business and its clients.Inspire, create and coordinate events from inception through to completion.Proactively manage every aspect of the planning stage, from sourcing a venue, advertising, liaising with third party suppliers, ordering merchandise, monitoring delegate attendance, and producing a full event order.Confidently mange the delivery of events, providing an on-site presence and acting as an ambassador for the business.Monitoring and evaluating the success of events, gauging the ROI and producing reports which documents this.Working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, offering a strong and decisive event management function which instils trust and confidence.Communicate with venues and suppliers to finalise details with the highest attention to detail.Collaborate with members of the Marketing team to ensure all channels are utilised for publicity and promotion purposes.Confidently negotiate costs to ensure a consistent balance between quality, affordability and profitability.Consistently deliver in accordance with brand standards, exceeding the expectations of colleagues, clients and collaborators.Skills, Experience & Qualifications:Qualified to degree level or equivalent work experience.Minimum of two years’ Event Management experience, specifically within the delivery of exhibitions.Confident scheduling events and exhibitions from inception through to completionStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.Highly organised with an impeccable attention to detail.Creative, visionary and inspiring, able to impart ideas with confidence and enthusiasm.Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.A strong grasp of event management processes and terminology.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Able to work flexibly for the delivery of events.Able to analyse and report on event success, as well as opportunities for change and improvement.Aspire Recruitment Services Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in respect to this vacancy.
