Around 20 people + 3rd party agency support. Specially within Affiliates – an internal team of 4 with future head count (and direct reports to you). Key responsibilities will include: Deliver the Affiliate & Display strategy, driving revenue growth and performanceManage £multi-million Affiliate budget.Reporting on performance, implementing change when appropriate.Work with the agency to manage the entire Affiliate network, planning key campaigns and projects.Strengthen existing relationships with all Affiliate partners, continuing to grow these profitable relationships.Continue to optimise the Affiliate & Display channels, seeking new innovative opportunities for growth.Competitor analysis, ensuring the brand remains competitive.Building internal relationships with the marketing (digital) team, trade and conversion team.Round up: This role is a huge opportunity for someone to take ownership over this Multi-Million Affiliate & Display programme, working for a brand on that will carry you to huge future opportunities.
