Service Delivery Manager is required by a well established Managed Service provider to work for one of their Government clients paying up to £400 per day and Inside IR35. This role will be to work on site at least 3 days per week for their client and interact between the client and the IT Service Desk. The Service Delivery Manager will need to hold or have previously held SC Clearance. The successful Service Delivery Manager will have good analysis, reporting and service improvement knowledge and be able to understand from the data they need to modify for their support practices or steer he client. You must be comfortable working alongside the Solutions and Sales Teams to help with the implementation of new services into Business as Usual and will effectively support Business Relationship Managers with service reviews and customer meetings. Essential Broad knowledge of IT and communications services Customer facing experience Experience in a Service Delivery Management role Managing customer relationships Financial awareness Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with particular focus on Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Power BI and Word Experience using an ITSM Security Cleared or recently expired and willing to apply again Experience working in a SIAM eco-system environment This contract will run for at least 2 months while they are waiting for their permanent person to start.
