There's also a free employee helpline- to support you with whatever life throws at you.The Opportunity – Personal Assistant to Commercial & Marketing Director Carrying out administration and secretarial duties on behalf of the Commercial & Marketing Director, and their direct reports where required, including both proactive and reactive management of diaries, prioritisation of engagements and ensuring all necessary information is correct and up to dateForward planning and organising on behalf of the Commercial & Marketing Director, understanding the business priorities to efficiently manage diaries, ensuring effective use of timeActing as intermediary dealing with external calls and meeting requestsOwning the setup of meetings, booking rooms and arranging travel as requiredPlaying a key role in the organisation of internal conferences and Reward & Recognition eventsPreparing materials as required for presentations: PowerPoint slides, Excel spreadsheets, etcProcessing of expenses via SelenityProviding assistance to internal and external stakeholders and visitors, ensuring that all visitors are welcomed in a professional and courteous mannerWhat do I need? Prior and proven Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant experience, ideally within a large organisation at Director/Executive levelConfident communicator with strong levels of diplomacy and confidentialityStrong IT skills (MS Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)Ability to work on own initiative and to be highly proactive and productiveProven confidence with the ability to cope well under pressure and manage sensitive issuesAbility to judge a context, establish and build strong working relationshipsA passion for your role and our industryClosing date: Midnight, 5th April 2023
