You will have overall responsibility for delivering on the team revenue goals across both new and existing business.Your duties will include:Managing sales and service through a number of channels including phone and emailCoaching and developing the team through our succession planning strategyProviding leadership, mentorship and support to the team for account related issuesReviewing opportunities to streamline processes and developing strategic and industry initiatives to drive new sales and grow existing businessWorking with the marketing team on collateral needs and event supportCollaborating with the frontline trainer to develop training programmes for your teamPartnering with the quality assurance function to ensure adherence to the quality management systemHiring and managing representatives within our growing international teamIdentifying areas for industry growth and helping to define market and industry strategyThe PackageWorking from homePermanent contractSalary of £30,000, plus performance bonus with OTE of £36,00020 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, plus 4 quarterly wellbeing days and 1 additional day off to celebrate your birthday£500 per successful employee referralPension schemeYou will work 40 hours per week with potential for some weekend working, for which you will receive time off in lieu.
