As part of our continued drive to remain at the top of our industry, we are looking to recruit a Client Account Executive to maintain and further our relationships with both current and prospective clients.Position OverviewThe Client Account Executive will act as a communications hub between Essiell's clients and the wider Essiell organisation. The CAE will be required to foster and deepen relationships with existing clients and be the 'voice of the client' within Essiell. The CAE must ensure that all clients' needs are identified, logged and communicated to relevant stakeholders so they can address those needs.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentifying all client's needs including functionality enhancements, audit questionnaires, and understanding and agreeing prioritiesLogging and proactively communicating those needs within Essiell and ensuring a plan has been agreed whereby those needs will be met in an acceptable timescaleMonitoring the progress of client Change Requests and communicating theMonitoring Essiell's performance against service levels and reporting performance to clients both in MI reports and during regular meetingsSkillsKnowledge of Essiell's core systems functionality, processes and proceduresExperience of Foreign Exchange businessStrong project management expertiseExcellent verbal and written presentation skillsCompetenciesExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skillsExcellent verbal and written presentation skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAbility to multitask and manage multiple projectsStrong planning and organisational skillsWillingness to take initiative and work independentlyAbility to manage large workloadsFocussed on quality of work producedBenefitsBasic salary up to £28k per annumHybrid working25 days annual leaveUnlimited access to LinkedIn learning3% employer pension contributionsHome working allowanceWorkstation allowance
