The Mission Systems organisation is transforming and we need you to support our plans in forging new paths, leading their teams through exciting and challenging change. You will be a key partner in the implementation of our ambitious growth plans as part of the Quality team and you will use your proven experience to promote quality throughout the project lifecycle and supply chain.Day to day, youll identify, plan and implement a program of activities, via a contract Quality Plan, to provide assurance to the project throughout the project lifecycle defined by the contract; work with the cross-functional delivery team personnel, helping to achieve delivery milestones and ensuring a fit for purpose / quality product to the customer and risk manage project activities, ensuring mitigation in the critical aspects of production and in the final product. Youll also evaluate customer requirements against our product quality capabilities, and help translate into a suitable design / contract, and appropriate inspection and test plan.At Babcock, we have a history of helping talent go far.
