We are a collective of 45+ agencies and 6,000+ people across six continents driven by a healthy obsession with marketing solutions that accelerate impact on lives.Position Summary:The Global Client Operations Lead will be responsible for leading operations, processes and systems that optimize performance of multiple large global agency relationships in the healthcare sector. This position will play a critical role in achieving financial and operational objectives for the network, working closely with multiple stakeholders globally.Responsibilities:Lead the operations and technical delivery teams across our top global client partnerships to ensure consistency in ways of working and increased efficienciesBe a key client facing partner at the IPG Health level, playing an active role in the oversight of the key relationship with a clear understanding of agency account, operations and finance functionsAct as a conduit between key stakeholder groups including production, business intelligence, growth and finance to ensure global clients benefit from interoperability of the network and dataAbility to be a contributor and support on new business RFIs, RFPs and pitches in the development of global client operations solutionsLead the development, implementation and revision of globally shared client management processesWorking together with Global Client Finance team, ensure global client contractual requirements are fulfilled and are aligned to current agency activity across the global networkSupport global client finance in the development of commercial agreements and solutionsOversee the IPG Quarterly Business Review process, consolidating agency finance, operational, creative, growth and performance information for the networkLead global client performance review processes including participation, results, and dashboard management. Lead agency performance plan developmentManage onboarding process to global clients at the local level and provision of operational counselBe a key point of escalation for client operational issues through a clear resolution process, working closely with stakeholder teams. Ability to independently solve the problem together with the agency and clientLead the creation of new operational solutions to meet the brand and commercial needs of our agency teams working on global client engagementsLead and oversee the monthly market check ins to ensure a full understanding of business progress at the market level, with clarity on where there are conflicts, issues and success storiesJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree8+ years of experience in agency account management, project management or operations.Solid understanding of agency finance processesExperience of working across markets and culturesExperience in pharmaceutical industry, healthcare marketing, life sciences or biology experience; familiarity with medical terminology (therapy areas and indications) is a plusAbility to collate and synthesize input from large variety of internal and external sourcesStrong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are a mustComfort working in deadline-driven environment and prioritizing rapid, timely responsesAbility to work in a matrix organisation and with different levels of seniorityDiversity and InclusionWe believe that Diversity and Inclusion are fundamental to achieving our mission – to help our client’s brands and businesses play a meaningful role in people’s lives.
