The company sells products in Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols, as well as having its own stand alone site in Central London. The company is looking for a new E-Commerce Manager based in London.As E-Commerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of each of the company’s Brand websites, trading them effectively and optimising user journeys. You will use analytical data, heatmaps, and other engagement tools to ensure high conversion, a higher average order value and engagement.The dream candidate is someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in e-Commerce, ideally within the retail or beauty sector. We’re looking for someone with technical experience with e-Commerce platforms, excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and a proven track record delivering digital solutions.You’ll have brilliant communication and project management skills, and be excellent at building relationships with third party suppliers and agencies. Highly organised with good knowledge of all digital marketing channels, you’ll be an analytical thinker with a passion for data.
