We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our busy Distribution team and to work alongside another Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate would have either worked in sales, marketing or production. This is a pivotal role, helping to organize the smooth running of the department, so we are looking for someone who is very organised, excellent at prioritising, a good communicator with good computer skills. Other iconic Avalon shows include Catastrophe (Amazon Prime Video/Channel 4), Fantasy Football League (BBC/ITV), TV Burp (ITV), and seven seasons of Workaholics (Comedy Central USA). Avalon also distributes its catalogue of programmes to over 150 countries worldwide. THE ROLEContract fulfilment for Head of DistributionTrack deals from start to finishContract checking and trackingTrack deliveries Responsible for delivery of images, metadata, and supporting ‘paperwork’ Raising sales orders/invoicing Updating the sales forecast with the sales teamLog key deal terms into the system on execution of each contract Market Research for Head of Distribution and ad hoc for team where applicableAssist sales team with territory and programme buyer research Prepare buyer profilesUpdate and maintain programme screening reportsPrepare programme availability lists Travel and Market/Festival Attendance (on rotation with another sales coordinator)Organise the sales team’s travel and accommodationManage meetings schedulesAdministration of the Company’s attendance at Markets and FestivalUpdate and maintain the Company’s travel and markets/festival budget ReportingCo-ordinate royalty collection society reporting (560 Media, Music Publishing (Concord), MCPS) Digital (SVOD/AVOD & FAST O&O channels and AVOD Partnerships)Work closely with Head of Distribution, Digital Media Asset Manager and Marketing to manage all existing streaming content partnerships, and the start-up of new onesCompile availability listsLiaise with Digital Media Asset Manager and the facilities house to facilitate delivery of transmission files, audio files, closed captions and subtitles for both Digital and DTO DTO (EST)Be the first point of contact for our EST (DTO) aggregator (TMP)Work closely with Head of Distribution to compile and up-date the release scheduleMaintain and create workflow tables/systems for the above Digital and DTO areas of business Clip Sales (on rotation with another sales coordinator)Respond to clip licensing requests and coordinate usage approval, fees and issue of clip licence agreement THE CANDIDATESome experience as a Sales and/or Marketing Coordinator, or Production CoordinatorGood computer skills, including Excel and Powerpoint. Adobe/Photoshop experience would be useful The ideal candidate will be organised, personable, have attention to detail and strong administrative skills
