Job description Nursing Home Manager Rochdale/Oldham Salary = £60 - 65,000 + with additional bonus Home size - Medium Size Full Job Description We are looking to secure the services of a commercially driven & highly ambitious leader to manage a modern, medium size nursing home, based in Rochdale. As General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, maintaining high standards across the board, achieving occupancy & fee targets, and ensuring compliance with the CQC. This role is for someone who wants to make a real difference and help support residents and staff to reach their potential. You will play a talismanic role, ensuring the residents are at the heart of everything that you do. Key components for a General Manager are; A proactive, analytical, and creative leader, who can positively influence their team. Clinical qualification is desirable. If you arent clinically qualified, you must be comfortable leading a clinical team. Prior success managing a large care home / multi-sites.
