Joint a Boutique Agency Great Progression Hybrid Working An experienced Lead Customer/CRM Analyst is needed to join a specialised analytics agency which forms a part of a highly regarded marketing group. What you'll be doing You'll provide support to the senior leadership team as you manage the delivery of numerous client analytics projects across varying sectors. You'll help clients understand their customer base across acquisition, growth and retention through the analysis of data from various sources, in particular, client databases. Further to this, you'll line manage 1-2 analysts and manage the delivery of projects across RFM, LTV, marketing optimisation, price elasticity, spend associations, churn analysis, basket analysis and promotional performance. What experience you'll need to apply for this role Solid analytical skills (Expert/Senior). Experience in managing customer/CRM analytics projects Python and SQL for analytics Line management exprience Experience in analysing large datasets contained within client database Data vis tools i.e Tableau and Power BI would be desirable What you'll get in return for your experience The salary on offer is up to £65K however they may be scope for more for the right candidate. The expectation is to visit the central London office once or twice a month although more frequently would be preferred while getting settled. What's next?
