They source over 500,000 used books per week with a singular mission - to stop these books going to landfill and to allow the ideas and knowledge they contain to be shared as many times as possible.They are now looking to hire a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to take the lead in contributing to all aspects of the digital marketing strategy for the brand.This will involve contributing to ongoing content strategy, ensuring all email activity is relevant, planning social media schedules, as well as following digital marketing best practices such as SEO optimisation.This is a fantastic new digital marketing opportunity, that offers an experienced digital marketer the chance to really make the role their own.They are offering up to £45k basic salary plus flexible hybrid working.Their Head office is based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire and therefore are able to offer 1-2 days in office if you live within 45 mins of office, otherwise WFH with 1 day per month in officeResponsibilitiesContributing to ongoing content strategy by which you can communicate brand values to customersOn-site merchandising and promotional plans, ensuring the website gives customers the offers and products they want in line with seasonal and social trends.Ensuring email marketing activity is relevant and as personalised as possible.Plan a creative social media schedule which is engaging for those who follow/might follow the brand across different social channels.Be aware of digital marketing best practices such as SEO optimisation, working in collaboration with the product team to ensure all site updates are done in as optimal way as possible with respect to such practices.Work with a data driven mindset, using tools such as Google Analytics and other site/vendor/web monitoring tools to understand how customer behaviour is trending on a day to day basis and how this changes over time in response to both product led and content led initiatives.The Person3 years minimum experience in B2B digital marketing preferably from publishing or book retail, with a passion for books.Ability to create clear, engaging and persuasive copy across website, email and social media.Experience of PPC and associated metrics an advantage, including setup and analysis of paid social programmes.Proficient in Excel & MS office applications, using them to present data, results and ideas to teams and also external stakeholdersHands on day to day experience of using of things like email marketing software, tools to make social media posts (either directly on social channels or through third party tools such as Hootsuite) and site CMS tools to make changes to site theme/merchandising etc.Strong written and verbal communication skills Apply Now !We Are Aspire Ltd are a Disability Confident Commited employer
