Leading Gov Organisation is looking for a project manager who will take ownership of various IT projects and keep them moving forward on time and within budget. This is a truly exciting time as the company emerges from its initial set-up phase into a longer-term plan to deliverThis role will work closely with the Heads of HR, Payroll, Finance, Supply chain within their projects so must be able to communicate at all levels of the business. Working together, they will capitalise on the opportunity presented by our IT investment to further digitise the services we provide and develop and drive strong relationships accordinglyPrincipal AccountabilitiesYou will work closely with a 3rd party supplier who handles our Oracle development to make sure they are performing the project work on time and to the scope we have decided. You will be performing all the usual project management duties including but not limited to:Project planningResource planningOwning project documentation to keep the PMO updated on progressProject costing and making sure it sticks to budget all the way throughManaging changes to the projectsRisk and issue logsPresenting updates on a monthly basis for large scale projectsHelping with business cases for upcoming projectsSkills and AbilitiesStrong ability to influence othersEmpathetic and with strong interpersonal skillsAble to adjust quickly to new situations and changing prioritiesProven ability to lead projects to a successful conclusionAbility to manage own time and workload as well others.IT literate at the level expected of working within the IT teamExperienceExperience managing projects in Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systemWorked with a PMO previously and providing documentation updates to it.Managing project budgets including 3rd party resources and licensesExperience of communicating and managing expectations to all levels of staff up to CEOReporting - providing written and verbal reports to line managers and project stakeholders.A track record of successful Project deliveryDesirable experience:Experience in project managing ERP module releasesUse of Oracle Fusion HCM/ERP
