The role will be expected to nurture and drive business with existing partners alongside the company strategies. The Sales Manager will report directly to the Head of Wholesale whilst managing their own direct reports.What you can expect:Sell and support seasonal BOSS collections to Key Partners (Department Stores, Multi Independents, Online) building long-term relationships and becoming an expert on Key partners/customers business models to maximise sales and profitabilityRegular trade meetings with Key Accounts to maximise opportunities, and understand our performance whilst building relationships.Pre-season order book analysis and BIS reporting across all customers, analyse sell-in each season to ensure adequate cover based on their distributionTrack annual net sales monthly and deliver actions to achieve OB Plan FigureTrack annual stock sales monthly and deliver actions to achieve OB Plan FigureDetailed follow up throughout the season with a view to identifying re order opportunities with buyer/merchandisers based on weekly reportsClear understanding of commercial budgets across all lines and the ability to deliver growthClear and detailed understanding of BOSS VM Guidelines across all wearing occasionsRequired attendance at a minimum of three DOS Model Stores per year and implement with wholesale partnersDeliver strategy by Brand Gender Line (BGL) as well as minimum spend by BGL and accountEstablish first point of contact & communication for all Menswear customers for plans/issues/actions and feedback in appropriate style updating line manager and Directors at all times.Process stockist enquiries promptly and according to HB criteriaClear understanding and delivery of Hugo Boss Online distribution with an emphasis on brand delivery and brand equityEvaluate online partner weekly for compliance with HB online guidelinesSupport Stock Sales with seasonal and annual stock sales targetsExtensive co-ordination with all areas of the business including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Shop ConstructionDeliver Key Account in Store Training seasonallyUnderstand/support /visit and review all POS for Key Partners and CustomersUnderstanding of distribution strategy for BOSS Brand and identify future potential partners and feedback to Senior Sales Manager and Wholesale Director to build profitable growth plansPlanning, analysis and execution of budgets for Quarterly ReviewsWork closely with the HUGO BOSS design team/ Brand Management and attend Seasonal Market Exchange meetings providing detailed feedback and analysisCompile end of season sales and product information reports to aid future development of the collection within the UK marketDevelop retail understanding including space and option planning to guide customers and sales team to deliver ideal options versus spaceUnderstanding of SIS concepts, capacities, costs and lead timesMaintain merchandising standards in the Menswear showroom and be responsible for stock inventoryWork closely with Supply Chain team and finance to ensure highest possible customer service on all orders and deliveriesIndependently orchestrate monthly trade meeting and derive actions from these to enhance our performanceUnderstanding of key competitors for all Menswear as well as pricingAbility to evaluate trends and identify areas of risk and opportunityRegular seasonal visits to UK customers to ensure merchandising standards are in line with global strategy and stock holding is in line with sales performance.Carry out in-depth product training with account members throughout the UK on a seasonal basisRelationship building with clients ensuring long term profitable partnershipsSet up & disassemble collectionsCollating sell through informationAny other ad hoc tasksTravel:Regular seasonal visits to UK customers to ensure merchandising standards are in line with global strategy and stock holding is in line with sales performance.Bi Weekly visits to key accounts, where strong relationships must be built with brand partners, and contact list updated monthly.Organise and oversee travel plans for team ensuring existing clients, potential clients and parallel accounts.Attend form and fabric meetings at HQTeam Management:Although Senior Sales Executives will supervise Sales Executives during season, Sales Manager has overall responsibility for team and will manage all other people management areas.Prepare and conduct appraisals for teamBe responsible for New Starter induction within team;
